How to order

1. 1.

   Check with your employer

   Make sure your employer is signed up to Cyclescheme and check your available spend.

2. 2.

   Choose your bike

   Choose your bike and select the 'Buy' tab at the top of the page. Add any additional accessories you need.

   Important: Please add your council subsidy before adding your bike to the cart as this can't be added later.

3. 3.

   Checkout

   Select 'Buy with Cycle to Work' and complete our online form. This will hold your order for 30 days. We'll send you a confirmation email with the next steps to follow.

4. 4.

   Apply for your certificate

   Please use the confirmation email we send you to apply for your Cyclescheme certificate. When applying, enter the full purchase price of your bike and any accessories as the voucher amount.

5. 5.

   Completing your order

   Once you receive your certificate, simply log in to your account and enter your certificate details. You'll then be able to choose your preferred delivery date, and we'll take care of the rest.

Already subscribing and want to purchase your bike?

If you're looking to purchase a bike you already have on subscription, simply log in to your account to see the live 'Buy Now' price and select the Buy with Cycle to Work option. The above steps remain the same.

What can I get?
